Kinain Character Creation


Step One: Character Concept

Choose

- Court (Seelie or Unseelie)

- Legacies (One Seelie, One Unseelie)

- Seeming (Childling, Wilder, or Grump)
Note: While the Kinain concept of Seeming falls in line with their Kithain counterparts, their starting temper scores differ.
- Childling: Glamour: 4 | Willpower: 1 | Banality: 2
- Wilder: Glamour: 3 | Willpower: 3 | Banality: 4
- Grump: Glamour: 2 | Willpower: 5 | Banality: 6

- Heritage ( The Kith your Kinain is related to.)

Step Two: Select Attributes

Prioritize the three categories: Physical, Social, Mental (6/4/3) (These stats start at 1)

Choose

 - Physical Traits:
-- Strength | Dexterity | Stamina

- Social Traits:
-- Charisma | Manipulation | Appearance

- Mental Trails:
-- Perception | Intelligence | Wits

Step Three: Select Abilities

Prioritize the three categories: Talents, Skills, Knowledges (11/7/4)

Choose

- Talents
Note: Kenning is a Background for Kinain characters.

- Skills

- Knowledges

Step Four: Select Advantages

Choose

- Backgrounds / Kinain Backgrounds (5)
Note: Kinain characters automatically receive 1 free dot in the Faerie Blood Background to reflect their Faerie heritage.

- Fae Gifts (5)
Note: Kinain characters may not have a number of Fae Gifts exceeding the number of dots in their Faerie Blood Background.

Step Five: Finishing Touches

Choose

- Merits

- Flaws / Fae Marks

Spend Freebie Points (21)

Arts -- 5 points per dot.
Attributes -- 5 points per dot.
Glamour -- 3 points per dot.
Realms -- 3 points per dot.
Willpower -- 2 points per dot.
Abilities -- 2 points per dot.
Backgrounds -- 1 point per dot.
Fae Gifts -- Per point cost.
